135 King Street, Sydney

135 King Street is an excellent example of a successful building repositioning project located on a pivotal East-West CBD axis at the threshold that defines the commercial and retail precincts.

Lighting design transcends mere functionality. It is an art form that imbues spaces with character and emotion. Our approach is highly personalized, meticulously considering each project's and users' needs.

We strive to evoke varied moods and enhance well-being through the strategic use of light, adapting to the evolving dynamics of space, time, and seasons.

Deutsche Bank Place

The iconic Deutsche Bank Place at 126 Phillip Street, Sydney, has made its mark on the Sydney CBD skyline following the installation of a new architectural lighting feature.

Above all, our focus remains on the people who inhabit these spaces. Our most excellent satisfaction comes from seeing clients fully embrace and enjoy their environments, whether they consciously recognize the role of our lighting schemes or feel the positive impact intuitively.

420 George St, Sydney

The lighting design intent was to upgrade and uplift the lighting ambience with focus on featured architectural components. Lightwaves collaborated with the architects, Bates Smart, to ensure the lighting enhanced their design.

Gateway Business Lounge

Dexus created the Gateway Business Lounge at level one, 1 Macquarie Place, Sydney. This stunning space consists of a café and a business working hub for tenants and visitors to enjoy. The design philosophy was to play to the organic curves sweeping through the space where the custom curvy mesh is the hero and centrepiece of the design. This philosophy travels through the café entrance area, where mesh morphs into organic curved coves.
